What is TestFi Pro?
TestFi Pro is user testing that TestFi runs for you. Testers we pick by hand go through your app or website, a person checks every session, and you get a 5-6 page action report: the bugs to fix, the UX problems ranked, and what to do first. It costs $249 for 5 testers, $459 for 10 (3 of them recorded) or $749 for 20 (5 recorded), and the report arrives within 5 business days of you approving the test plan.
How is it different from self-serve TestFi?
Self-serve starts at $3.99 a tester: you write the test, the first testers to take the seats do it, and you read the results yourself. With Pro we pick the testers, write the plan with you, check every session and write one report, so what you get is a list of what to fix rather than a pile of sessions.
Where are the testers?
Most TestFi testers are in Nigeria, Kenya and India, and they test on their own devices. That makes Pro good for bugs, usability and clarity, and the wrong tool for research into one local market. If you need a specific country, ask through the form below and we will tell you honestly whether we can fill it.
What if a session is weak?
A person checks every session. One that misses the brief, for example a tester who skipped a task, is replaced with another tester at no cost before the report is written.
Who writes the report?
Our AI drafts it from every session. Someone on our team checks it against the sessions and edits it before it reaches you.
Is my app kept confidential?
Every tester agrees to keep the apps they test confidential under the TestFi Tester Agreement. You can also paste your own NDA into the brief, and each tester accepts it before they can open your app. If you need TestFi itself to sign your NDA or a DPA, ask through the form below.
