CDrop LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We remove infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

01Designated agent

Send notices to dmca@testfi.app, or by post to the DMCA Agent, CDrop LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, [registered agent address, Wyoming, USA].

Notices sent anywhere else may be slower to reach us. Please do not use this address for anything that is not a copyright complaint.

02What a notice must contain

To be effective under section 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature
  2. identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed
  3. identification of the material you say is infringing, and enough detail for us to find it
  4. your address, telephone number, and email address
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law
  6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under section 512(f).

03What we do with it

We review the notice, remove or disable access to the material if it is valid, and tell the person who uploaded it, passing on a copy of the notice. Where the material is a private unreleased app build shared only with assigned testers, removal also ends that campaign's access to it.

04Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district of your address, or if you are outside the United States, of the district where we may be found.

If we receive a valid counter-notice we may restore the material after 10 business days unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

05Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
