What comes back
A recording, a transcript, a report and a score.
That is the whole deliverable, per tester, for the price of lunch. Below is the exact format, so you know what you are buying before you spend anything.
- sessions recorded
- with screen recording
- issues filed by testers
- min
- average session
One session, four things
Everything a tester leaves behind them.
01
The recording
The whole session on their own device, screen and voice together. Not a highlight reel and not a heatmap: the minutes where they hesitated, in full, so you can see what they were looking at when they did.
02
The transcript
Everything they said, timestamped. Sessions that were not in English arrive translated alongside the original, so a tester in Manila is worth the same to you as one in Manchester.
03
The written report
What broke, what confused them, and what they expected instead. Answers to the questions you set, and a score for specificity so a report of "nice app" does not reach you as though it were work.
04
The score
Six dimensions, computed before the session reaches you, with the friction ranked. It is what lets a bad session be caught and replaced without you watching it first.
What the score is made of
Six things, and none of them is sentiment.
A session is scored before it reaches you. That is what makes replacing a weak one cheap: you are not the filter.
- Task completion
- Did they finish what the scenario asked
- Navigation depth
- How far in they got before stalling
- Session duration
- Long enough to be real work
- Narration clarity
- Whether they said what they were thinking
- Attention zones
- Where on the screen they kept looking
- Report specificity
- Detail about your app, not praise about apps
The practical part
Nothing to integrate, nothing to commit to.
Nothing to install
A TestFlight link, an APK, or a URL. No SDK, no build flags, no code change. If your app runs, it can be tested.
You pick the testers
Applicants come to your campaign with their device, country and past scores. You choose, one at a time, rather than being assigned a panel.
You pay per session
No subscription, no seat, no minimum, no annual anything. A campaign that costs twelve dollars is a normal campaign here.
Stop guessing. Start shipping.
From $3.99 a tester. No subscription, no minimum. Questions go to contact@testfi.app and I read every one.
