Is there a minimum?
No. One tester is a valid campaign. Most people run ten to twenty because that is where patterns start repeating, but nothing enforces it.
When am I charged?
Once, when you launch the campaign. The money is held until sessions come back, and a session that is never completed is never billed.
What if the feedback is useless?
Sessions are scored before they reach you and low-effort ones are filtered out rather than passed along and charged for. If something still slips through, write in and I will sort it.
Do you take a cut from testers?
No. What the tester earns is fixed and published: $1.00 for a written report, $2.50 for a recording, and they receive that in full. Nothing is deducted from their side.
