How do I pay for campaigns?
Campaigns are funded securely via Stripe. You fund your campaign before it goes live, and testers are paid automatically after their submissions pass quality checks.
Are there any monthly fees or subscriptions?
No. TestFi is purely pay-per-tester. You only pay when you launch a campaign. There are no monthly fees, setup costs, or minimum commitments.
What if a tester submits low-quality feedback?
AI scores every submission across 6 dimensions before payout. Testers who submit low-quality or off-topic feedback don't pass quality checks, so you're not charged for poor results.
Can I get a refund?
If a campaign doesn't fill within the specified timeframe, unfilled tester slots are automatically refunded. For quality disputes, contact support and we'll review the submissions.
