Partner Program Terms

Last updated 19 October 2026

These terms apply when you join the TestFi Partner Program: you send developers to TestFi and earn a fee when they pay for testing. TestFi is operated by CDrop LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

The program is described on the partner page. Your own TestFi account stays under the Developer Terms of Service.

01Who can join

You need a TestFi developer account and our approval. We read every application and may decline one without giving a reason.

People who test apps on TestFi, now or in the past, cannot be partners. Neither can anyone on a US sanctions list or living in a country under a comprehensive US embargo. If we learn later that one of these applies to you, we close your partner account and cancel anything not yet paid.

One partner account per person or company.

02What you earn

You earn $10 once for each new developer you send, when that developer's completed, paid testing reaches $39.99 within 90 days of opening their TestFi account. Testing counts once it has finished and the payment has not been refunded or disputed.

A new developer is someone who opened their first TestFi account after clicking your link, or who entered your code before their first payment. A click counts for 30 days. If a developer came through more than one partner, the code entered at checkout wins, then the last link clicked before the account was opened.

You are paid once per developer. Later purchases by the same developer earn nothing more.

03What does not count

Your own purchases, purchases paid with your card or bank account, and purchases by accounts you or your staff control.

Developers who had a TestFi account before they clicked your link, and developers who reached us through one of our own paid ads before your link.

Free campaigns, retests, and payments that are refunded, charged back or disputed.

Signups we have reason to believe were faked, paid for, or produced by breaking clause 5.

05How you may promote TestFi

Tell people clearly that you earn a commission when you recommend TestFi.

Do not bid on "TestFi" or similar words in search ads. Do not use coupon, cashback or deal sites, pay or reward anyone for signing up, send unsolicited messages or bulk email, or post where a community does not allow promotion.

Do not promise anything on our behalf, including Google Play approval, results, prices we have not published, or refunds. Do not present yourself as TestFi or as part of our team.

Follow the rules of every platform you post on and the advertising and consumer laws that apply to you.

06Holding and cancelling commissions

We may hold, cancel or take back commissions connected to fraud, self-referral, abuse, a breach of these terms, or a payment that is later reversed. We will tell you which commissions are affected and why.

Our records of clicks, accounts and payments decide what you earned.

07Our relationship

You are an independent contractor. Nothing here makes you our employee, agent or legal partner, and you may not sign anything or speak for TestFi.

You are responsible for your own taxes, costs and the content you publish.

Our total liability to you under the program is limited to commissions you have earned and not yet been paid.

08Your data

We use what you give us in your application, your tax form and your payout details to review your application, pay you, keep tax records and prevent fraud, as our Privacy Policy describes. The developers you send appear on your dashboard only in masked form.

09Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the program, including the fee, with 30 days notice by email. A change never reduces commissions already earned.

You may leave at any time. We may end your participation, or the whole program, with 30 days notice, or at once for a breach of clause 5 or clause 6. Commissions that qualified before the end are paid under these terms unless clause 6 applies.

10Governing law

These terms sit alongside our Developer Terms of Service, which still cover your own account. They are governed by the same law, and disputes are heard in the same way, as clause 18 of those terms sets out.
